I have been using it for more than a year now and here are 3 simple points that will sum it up1. Installation - I was charged exactly Rs 40 for the T-joint they put to get the water inlet for purifier, no additional charges. The installation was time consuming but done in a professional manner with proper demo2. prompt 6 month service checks3. the product has not shown any signs of leakage, malfunctionOne thing that usually no one tells you is that the cartridges need to be replaced after a particular interval and at this point they are around 3000 INR, so you need to keep in mind about that maintenance cost which is a recurring expenseBut for the quality of water you get, i suggest it is an acceptable expense

Product is good. But strangely Amazon put up ro Smith z8+ which is next model of z7 cheaper during Diwali sale. I purchased it on great Indian festival before Diwali sale. Didn't feel good about it.
Maybe a good product but no one to install it for me :(

Bought this about a month ago and delivered in 2 days. But its still sitting in its box all wrapped up just the way it was delivered. The service is quite disappointing and no one turns up to fit it. The call log for service does not reflect the true story. They say customer not reachable or reschedule as per customer request which is not true at all. Feels like I should take an appointment atleast a month before and keep following up for the miracle to happen. Quite a bad experience with AO Smith in Bangalore.This is someone who has the time and know how to diagnose and make repairs, filters or parts fitting on their own and who desires all the bells, whistles and steam. As for me, I don't have the time or patience to wait a month before the filters can be changed. As for me I made a bad choice and I am stuck with this. Went for another brand and got that installed while this continue to rust in its box.
